Service Appointments
Scheduling: Service appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our online booking system. We will confirm your appointment time and provide an estimated arrival window.
Access: You agree to provide reasonable access to the service location and ensure someone 18 years or older is present during the service call.
Cancellations: We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a service fee for future appointments.
Pricing and Payment
- Estimates: We provide upfront pricing before beginning work. Our technician will assess your garage door issue and provide a detailed quote.
- Service Call Fee: A service call fee may apply to cover diagnostic time and travel. This fee is typically waived if you proceed with recommended repairs.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
- Price Changes: If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will inform you and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.
Warranty
Our warranty terms are detailed in our Warranty Policy. Generally, we provide:

Limitation of Liability

- Not attempt DIY repairs on high-tension components (springs, cables)
